بَهَاءَ الدِّينِ والدُّنيَا هَنَاءٌ

بَهَاءَ الدِّينِ والدُّنيَا هَنَاءٌ

بِعِيدٍ طَيْرُ أَسْعَدِهِ سَوَانِحْ

بِعِيدٍ طَيْرُ أَسْعَدِهِ سَوَانِحْ

O Baha al-Din wa-l-Dunya, congratulations

The joy of religion and life is serene

on a feast whose birds of good fortune bring auspicious omens.

With a blessed feast, its fortunate birds are companions

نَدَاكَ بهِ نَواحِرُ لِلضَّحَايَا

نَدَاكَ بهِ نَواحِرُ لِلضَّحَايَا

وَسَعْدُكَ فِيه لِلأعْداءِ ذَابِحْ

وَسَعْدُكَ فِيه لِلأعْداءِ ذَابِحْ

Your bounty during it slaughters the sacrificial animals,

It calls you with sobbing for the victims

and your good fortune during it slays the enemies.

And your bliss in it, for the enemies, a slayer
