Sol 6.1

  1. هَذا الحَبيب وَصَفوَة الجَبار

    أَزَلاً وَلا أَثَر مِن الآثارِ

    This is the beloved and the Almighty's elect,

    from eternity, when not a trace of anything existed.

  2. هَذا الَّذي قرن المهيمن اِسمَهُ

    مَع اِسمه وَجَلاه لِلإِظهارِ

    This is he whose name the Guardian joined

    with His own, unveiling him for all to see.

  3. هَذا الَّذي نَزَل القُرآن بِمَدحِهِ

    وَعَلَيهِ أَثنى في القَديمِ الباري

    This is he in whose praise the Qur'an descended,

    and whom the Creator praised in eternity.

  4. هَذا الَّذي ظَهَر الهُدى بِظُهورِهِ

    وَهُدى بِسيرته فُؤاد الساري

    This is he through whose appearance guidance appeared,

    and by whose way of life the night-traveler's heart was guided.

  5. هَذا الَّذي خَلَقَ المُهيمن نُوره

    مِن نُوره وَحَباه بِالأَنوارِ

    This is he whose light the Guardian created

    from His own light, endowing him with lights.

  6. هَذا الَّذي حازَ الكَمال وَغاية

    خَضعت لَدَيها سائر الأَخبار

    This is he who attained perfection and a height

    before which all accounts bowed.

  7. هَذا الَّذي أسري بِهِ لِنِهاية

    ما بَعدَها وَطَر مِن الأَوطار

    This is he who was carried by night to an ultimate limit,

    beyond which no further desire lies.

  8. هَذا الَّذي خَدمته أَعيان السَما

    وَغَدوا لَهُ مِن جملة الأَنصار

    This is he whom heaven's notables served,

    and they became numbered among his helpers.

  9. هَذا إِمام المُرسَلين وَذُخرهم

    هَذا مَلاذ أَعزة وَكِبار

    This is the leader of the messengers and their treasure.

    This is the refuge of the mighty and the great.

  10. هَذا الَّذي لَولاه ما خَلقت سَما

    كَلا وَلا دَحيت ذَوات قَرار

    This is he without whom no heaven would have been created,

    no, nor would the stable earths have been spread out.

  11. هَذا فَريد أَلقاب هَذا أَحمَد ال

    مُختار هَذا جامع الأَسرار

    This is he of peerless titles; this is Ahmad, the

    Chosen One; this is the gatherer of mysteries.

  12. هَذا خِتام الأَنبياء هَذا أَج

    ل الأَصفياء هَذا مُجير الجار

    This is the seal of the prophets; this is the most

    exalted of the elect; this is the neighbor's protector.

  13. هَذا مَلاذ الأَولياء هَذا غِيا

    ث الأَتقيا هَذا جَمال الدار

    This is the saints' refuge; this is the succor

    of the godfearing; this is the beauty of the abode.

  14. هَذا السِّراج لمُهتد هَذا البَشي

    ر لمقتد في عزلة مُتَواري

    This is the lamp for the guided; this is the herald

    for a follower hidden away in seclusion.

  15. هَذا الحَياة لِعاشق هَذا الكَفي

    ل لصادق بِالجبر وَالأَبرار

    This is life for a lover; this is the surety

    for the sincere, of solace and the righteous.

  16. فَتَمَسَكوا بِوَلائِهِ وَاِستَبشروا

    بِمَغانم الرضوان مِن غفار

    So hold fast to allegiance to him, and rejoice

    in the rewards of favor from the Oft-Forgiving.

  17. وَتَوَصَّلوا لِصَلاتِهِ بِصَلاتِكُم

    أَبَدا عَلى هَذا النَّبي المُختار

    And seek His blessing through your prayers

    ever upon this chosen Prophet.

  18. صَلَّى عَلَيهِ اللَّهُ رَبي دائِماً

    وَالآل وَالأَصحاب وَالأَصهار

    May God, my Lord, bless him always,

    and his family, companions, and kin by marriage,

  19. وَأَنالَني بِوَفاه غايات المُنى

    كَرَماً وَهَيأ في حِماه جواري

    and grant me, through his faithfulness, my utmost hopes,

    generously, and prepare my dwelling in his sanctuary,

  20. ما فتح الوَرد الجَني وَقابَلت

    وَجناته الأَحداق مِن نوار

    as long as the fresh rose opens and

    its cheeks meet the eyes of blossoms,

  21. وَتَمايل الغُصن الرَّطيب مُتَوجاً

    بِلألئ حسنت مِن الأَزهار

    and the tender bough sways, crowned

    with lovely pearls of flowers.
