لم آت إلى الموسم كي أذكركم

كالغائب بل أردت أن أنظركم

I did not come to the pilgrimage gathering to remember you

I did not come to the season to remember you

as though you were absent; rather, I wished to behold you.

Like one absent, but I wanted to see you

ما أصنع بالحج إذا لم أركم
