وَعَمِّي الَّذي حامَى غَداةَ مَناجِلٍ

وَعَمِّي الَّذي حامَى غَداةَ مَناجِلٍ

عَنِ القَومِ حتّى فادَ غَيرَ ذَمِيمِ

عَنِ القَومِ حتّى فادَ غَيرَ ذَمِيمِ

And my uncle, who fought on the morning of Manajil

In defense of the people until he died without reproach.
