You betrayed Mahdi by stealth while he was safe,

You betrayed Mahdi's safety with your theft,

and attacked Hamdan and Ibn Hizam by night.

And the homes of Hamdan and Ibn Hazam.

Three heroes whose faces reveal to you,

Three heroes whom you see their faces

when they shine forth, what lies beneath every darkness.

When what was hidden is brought to light.
