لَقَد من الاله لَنا بِسَعد

Indeed, God has favored us with good fortune.

God has blessed us with joy

And the nights have shone with hopes.

وَقامَ الفَوزُ في النادي خَطيبا

وَدق الحَظ أَوتار المَثاني

وَدق الحَظ أَوتار المَثاني

And Victory rose as an orator in the assembly.

Success has stood in the club as an orator

And Fortune struck the lute's strings.

And fortune has strummed the strings of melody

وَأَنتُم لِلمَعنى عَين وَروح

وَأَنتُم لِلمَعنى عَين وَروح

وَمشكاة السُرور مَعَ التَهاني

وَمشكاة السُرور مَعَ التَهاني

And you are meaning's eye and soul,

You are the spirit and eye of meaning

And the lamp-niche of joy, amid congratulations.

And lantern of happiness with congratulations

لَكُم صَفو المَسَرَّة في اِنتِظار

لَكُم صَفو المَسَرَّة في اِنتِظار

فَمنوا بِالتَعطف وَالتَداني

فَمنوا بِالتَعطف وَالتَداني

Unalloyed joy awaits you,

For you is the essence of pleasure in waiting

So favor us with kindness and draw near.

So grow with kindness and intimacy

أَجيبوا دَعوَةَ الداعي فَأَنتُم

أَجيبوا دَعوَةَ الداعي فَأَنتُم

فَرائد وَالمَجالِس كَالجُمان

فَرائد وَالمَجالِس كَالجُمان

Answer the caller's invitation, for you are

Rare jewels, and the gatherings are like pearls.

Are leaders, and gatherings like coal
