وأَرَى الموتَ قَد تَدَلَّى مِن الحض

وأَرَى الموتَ قَد تَدَلَّى مِن الحض

رِ عَلَى رَبِّ أَهلِهِ السَّاطَرُونِ

رِ عَلَى رَبِّ أَهلِهِ السَّاطَرُونِ

And I see that death has descended from al-Ḥaḍr

And I see death hanging from the courtyard

Upon the lord of its people, al-Sāṭarūn.

Upon the mind of the home's dwellers
