كُنَّاwe were كَمَاas كُنتُمُyou were حيناًfor a time فَغيَّرنَاthen changed us
كُنَّا كَمَا كُنتُمُ حيناً فَغيَّرنَا
دَهرٌtime فَسَوفَso will كَمَاas صِرنَاwe became تَصيرُونَاyou will become
دَهرٌ فَسَوفَ كَمَا صِرنَا تَصيرُونَا
For a time we were as you were; then we were changed
By time; so you will become as we have become.
