طاهِر الأَثوابِ يَحمي عِرضَهُ
مِنfrom خَنَىfoulness الذّمَّةِof reproach أوor طَمثِthe taint العَطَنof corruption
مِن خَنَى الذّمَّةِ أو طَمثِ العَطَن
Pure-robed, he guards his honor
Pure of garments, he guards his honor
from the shame of a pledge betrayed, or the defilement of his home ground.
From foul reproach or the taint of corruption.
