أقبل عليّ وقل ضيفي ومتّبعي

وشاعري قاصدي راجي ممتاري

Turn toward me and say: ‘My guest and my follower,

and my poet, one who seeks me, hopes in me, and seeks provisions from me.’

أنت الإمام فمن أدعو وحضرتك ال

أنت الإمام فمن أدعو وحضرتك ال

دنيا فأين أقضي بعض أوطاري

دنيا فأين أقضي بعض أوطاري

You are the imam—whom else shall I call upon? And your court is the

world—where else shall I fulfill some of my desires?
