قل للزمان الذي أبدى عجائبه

اللهُ منكَ ومن تصريِفكَ الكافي

اللهُ منكَ ومن تصريِفكَ الكافي

Tell Time, which has revealed its wonders:

Tell time, which reveals its wonders,

God is sufficient protection against you and your vicissitudes.

God suffices me against you and your machinations.

اجهد بجهدكَ فيما قد قَصدتَ له

اجهد بجهدكَ فيما قد قَصدتَ له

فَفرجَةُ الله بين النُّونِ والكافِ

فَفرجَةُ الله بين النُّونِ والكافِ

Strive with all your might in what you have set out to do;

Exert your utmost in what you intend,

For God’s relief lies between nūn and kāf.

For God's relief is between the N and the K.
