قَبَحَ الإلهُ الملحدي

قَبَحَ الإلهُ الملحدي

ن فإنهم جحدوا الضروره

ن فإنهم جحدوا الضروره

May God disgrace the heretics,

God denounced the atheists

for they denied self-evident truth.

For they denied the necessity

والمعجزات تواترت

والمعجزات تواترت

عن أحمد في كلِّ صوره

عن أحمد في كلِّ صوره

And miracles were widely attested

And the miracles were widely transmitted

concerning Ahmad, in every form.

About Ahmad in every form

والله أعلى كعبه

والله أعلى كعبه

في خلقه وأتمَّ نوره

في خلقه وأتمَّ نوره

And God exalted his standing

And God is the highest of His Kaaba

among His creatures and perfected his light.

In His creation and perfected His light

كثر الطعام مع الشرا

كثر الطعام مع الشرا

ب بكفه عند الضروره

ب بكفه عند الضروره

Food grew plentiful, along with drink,

Food became abundant with the rainfall

in his palm at times of need.

In times of need

وتكنَّفته عناية

وتكنَّفته عناية

من ربه أعلت أموره

من ربه أعلت أموره

And care enfolded him

And was cloaked by the care

from his Lord, elevating his affairs.

From his Lord that exalted his affairs

نادى البرية فالقلو

نادى البرية فالقلو

ب إلى إجابته قصوره

ب إلى إجابته قصوره

He called upon humankind, and hearts

He called out in the wilderness, so hearts

fell short of answering him.

Responded to his call, their palaces

وحمى الشريعة بالدلي

وحمى الشريعة بالدلي

ل فدع معاندها وزوره

ل فدع معاندها وزوره

And he defended the sacred law with proof;

And protected the law with evidence

so leave its opponent and his falsehood.

So leave its deniers and their lies

قل للمشكّك حين يب

قل للمشكّك حين يب

دي في تشكُّكِهِ قصوره

دي في تشكُّكِهِ قصوره

Tell the doubter, when he reveals

Say to the skeptic when he shows

his inadequacy through his skepticism:

The shortcomings of his doubts

بيني وبينكمُ الكتا

بيني وبينكمُ الكتا

ب فدونكم فأتوا بسوره

ب فدونكم فأتوا بسوره

"Between me and you stands the Book;

Between me and you is the Book

so here you are—produce a surah."

So present to me its like if you are truthful
