يَكفي قَليلُ كَلامِهِ وَكَثيرُهُ
ثَبتٌsteadfast إِذاwhen طالَruns long النِضالُthe archery contest مُصيبُhitting the mark
ثَبتٌ إِذا طالَ النِضالُ مُصيبُ
Little or much, his speech suffices;
His words suffice, whether few or many.
steadfast when the contest drags on, he strikes true.
Steadfast when the archery contest runs long, he hits the mark.
