لَيتَwould that شِعريmy knowing هَلwhether زَرَعتُمyou (plural) have sown
لَيتَ شِعري هَل زَرَعتُم
بَذرseed كَتّانِflax المِخَدّهthe pillow
بَذر كَتّانِ المِخَدّه
would that I knew: have you sown
