تكادُ إِذا ما شَدَتْ فوقه
تُعاجِلُshe swiftly brings بالروحِwith the soul جسمbody الرميمْthe decayed remains
تُعاجِلُ بالروحِ جسم الرميمْ
Whenever she sings above it, she almost
When sorrow descends upon a frail soul
swiftly restores life to a decayed body.
It hastens the spirit's departure from the feeble frame
