Indeed, peerless al-Fijah has a spring;
Indeed this unique beauty has eyes,
Above it is something that leaves descriptions bewildered.
Above them, attributes are at loss,

Then al-Qawasiya has its counterpart,
Then, it has cheeks resembling them,
In its clarity, as though it were fixed in place.
In its purity, as if fixed in place,

And it is a treasure of silver—and how
It is a treasure of smoothness, and how fine a treasure it is,
Beautiful a treasure whose pebbles are rubies!
With rubies as its gravel.
